The PASCAL Observatory is delighted to announce its plans for the 16th PASCAL International Conference to be co-organised and hosted by Tampere University, Finland from 24-26 October 2022, and offer in both face-to-face and virtual mode.

The main theme of the conference is the responses made by cities and regions, and their citizens, in their path to recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.

We warmly welcome proposals for papers by 6 September 2022 and further details are featured below and attached.
