Over the next few months we'll be reflecting on the Urban Big Data Centre's achievements across the first phase of the centre and looking ahead to the next five years.

As part of this celebration, we will be holding a showcase event on 'Shaping Cities Through Urban Analytics' on Wednesday 28th November in Glasgow. We are expecting around 120 senior stakeholders from academia, industry, the public sector, and the third sector.

The morning session looks at the impacts our work has achieved to date with parallel presentations across four of our key research strands: Transport and Mobility, Education, Skills and the Labour Market, Housing and Neighbourhoods and Urban Analytics.

In the afternoon, Tom Smith, Managing Director of the ONS Data Science Campus, will provide a keynote followed by responses from an expert panel and open discussion.
