Subscribers may be interested in this report from the UNESCO Cities Platform (UCP), which on 25 June 2020 organised an online meeting Urban Solutions: Learning from cities’ responses to COVID-19. The UCP comprises UNESCO’s eight city networks and programmes.

The meeting was organised as three panels – on the emergency response, early recovery and planning for the future with a special session on city tourism. It sought to ‘build on the tangible experiences acquired by cities over the past months, as part of a larger reflection on the future of cities’.
