The unique resource available in PASCAL is its people. PASCAL International Observatory blends the extensive experience of people drawn from senior roles in governmental organisations, universities, and other bodies in a mix which crosses the traditional boundaries of the research and policy communities.

Our people fulfil a number of roles as Board Members, Associates and Affiliates, and contribute their expertise in a wide variety of ways to further the work of PASCAL in keeping abreast of the latest knowledge and ideas and sustaining an on-going dialogue, exchange and application of research, and ideas and practice wisdom in emerging policy contexts.
