Big Data in Bulgaria: Non-formal Education - Meeting the Challenges of the 21st Century.

As Catherine Lido [2] was presenting in New York, I was very pleased to be presenting, in parallel, similar material based on the work that our Urban Big Data Centre has been undertaking at a conference in Sofia entitled, Non-formal Education - Meeting the Challenges of the 21st Century.

The presentation was based on the research undertaken in UBDC's iMCD [3] project and focused on older adults participation in lifelong learning. I am grateful to Catherine and to Kate Reid for their contributions to this research.
