PASCAL EcCoWell 2 Recovery Programme - University of Glasgow

A composite report from each of the contributors to the PASCAL EcCoWell 2 Recovery Programme has recently been published. In a series of postings, we are now for the convenience of subscribers, publishing each report separately with a short introduction from the programme leader, Peter Kearns.

While the University of Glasgow has a number of activities that reflect EcCoWell principles, this report is focussed on the international activities of the Centre for Sustainable, Healthy and Learning Cities and Neighbourhoods which has operated with nine research partners in eight countries in Asia and Africa. This is an ambitious collaborative project directed at developing a holistic and in-depth understanding of the complex issues to be addressed. The report illustrates how EcCoWell principles can be applied in international contexts.
