The increasing interest in learning mobility with non-industrialized countries (LEMONOC) has been taken up in future European educational policies (E4A and Horizon 2020). The European Commission has launched the E4A programme (2014-2020) aiming “to ensure that education and training systems deliver the knowledge and skills needed in an increasingly globalized labour market”.
Learning Mobility with Non-Industrialised Countries (LEMONOC [2]), a project funded by the EC and co-ordinated at Leuven University College [3], [4]aims to provide the framework for such learning mobility. Further details are attached.
