The general theme of this year Drivers for change: policy and practices [1] consists of three tracks. In order to encourage better policy making and to improve best practices, we invite policy makers, researches, experts and practitioners to share ideas and connect with eachother during the conference. Want to present a good practice, a project, research or a policy document? Submit you proposal before May 1st.
