Fostering sustainable and green communities through lifelong learning for all (Lifelong Learning Festival)

This online event is part of the UNESCO Global Network of Learning Cities Lifelong Learning Festival [1] from 30 October to 3 November 2023 being held in Shanghai, in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Global Network of Learning Cities.

Amongst those attending the festival in person will be PASCAL Member, Judith James. From PASCAL, we congratulate the UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning on its acheivements in the learning city field over the last 10 years, remembering well the launch of the network in 2013 in Beijing.
