New book published on the post 2015 education and development processes

It is less than a year from now when the Sustainable Development Goals will replace the MDGs. And in May 2015 in Korea the World Education Forum will decide on an EFA follow-up. Important meetings and documents have appeared especially since 2012.

This book is a collection of some of the relevant declarations, and debates. The Muscat Agrrement call for an overarching goal that should be “Ensure equitable and inclusive quality education and lifelong learning for all by 2030”. So very close to our thinking. But more advocacy efforts are needed in this final phase.
