Learning to live sustainably in cities: Implementing Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in learning cities: The UNESCO GNLC co-organized a training event in Aswan, Egypt, from 5 to 7 March 2018. 'Learning to live sustainably in cities: Implementing Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in learning cities' was the topic of the meeting that counted around 50 delegates from more than 15 countries from the Arab States region. Training workshop in Puebla, Mexico: A training workshop in Puebla, Mexico, from 30 January to 2 February 2018 saw around 150 participants, including city mayors and education officers, come together to discuss the learning city concept and discover how to foster dialogue and implement actions to promote lifelong learning.
