What does the State of Victoria do with PASCAL?
The State of Victoria is a foundation subscriber of PASCAL and holds a membership of its Advisory Board.
The State of Victoria has signed a sister state agreement with the Government of Scotland within which Pascal is identified as a vehicle for collaborative social science research between the two states.
Governments internationally are seeking innovative new ideas and practices to improve service delivery and increase public value. Pascal provides a valuable ‘real time’ resource to tap into best practice ideas, practices and people internationally. Public policy innovation increasingly relies up these internationally networks for the formation of new knowledge, its transfer and diffusion.
