I wish to bring to the attention of PASCAL subscribers a recently posted Lectureship in Education at the University of Glasgow, with additional research support, that is now live on the Schools of Education's Global Talent page, where more details may be found. We will be recruiting up to 4 candidates to this post on a mix of Grade 7 and Grade 8 contracts as appropriate. These are open ended lectureships, and have the distinction of coming with an enhanced alllocation of hours for research in the initial 3 years, in order that early career appointees may develop a strong research profile. This is made possible by special funding from the College of Social Sciences. 

The deadline for applications is August 31^st 2023. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to submit detailed research plans. Interviews are expected to take place in November. Please feel free to make this opportunity known to anyone who might be interested anywhere in the world
