It might be out of Australia, but here is a workforce survey that can apply to all non-profits across the world, encompassing the organisations, employees and volunteers. This study is lead by the "Learning for Purpose" division of the Centre for Social Impact, University of Western Australia.
Responses are sought by 22 December 2017 that will help draft policy to enable the non-profit sector exercise leadership, support, action as well as value impact through their contribution to society.
