"Celebrating Learning" is the official theme and Newsletter title of the Brimbank City Council's learning city activities, emanating from their Community Learning Strategy.  Working across all ages, with community-oriented entities and through all learning opportunities, the approaches emerged from the will of the Council in difficult times to engage and elevate aspirations.  Community consultations that outlined an "Action Plan" as a learning community to developing an "Atlas" series that examines demographics, education forecasts, wellbein
