          Recognitions, positions, memberships:

My vocational path has enabled me to gain valuable practical experience in the areas of education and training, housing and the care of the young, elderly and marginalized, and to analyse organizational behaviour at local and regional levels in both the statutory and voluntary sectors. I have gained experience of different regions and areas within the United Kingdom and have good links overseas, especially in the United States. I have developed skills at grass root level that liberate potential and have worked alongside those in leadership positions (especially in education and community provision) searching for new ways of meeting the challenges they face.

I have recently taken early retirement and would like to make my practical experience available to the Observatory for the enhancement of understanding and good practice in and between community life and public policy.
