September 2009 – October 2009  The Regions benchmarking tool is studied.  The HEI’s benchmarking tool is studied.  Planning and prepare for Sub-clusters, “Regional innovation and renewal” and “Creative and cultural industries”.  Meetings with the Regional Coordinating Group (RCG).

November 2009 – December 2009     First conclusions on the benchmarking tools to be discussed with the Regional Coordinating Group. Preparing for the second regional visit. Meeting with the Regional Coordinating Group (RCG). Meeting with the sub-clusters.

January 2010 – February 2010  Preparation for the second regional visit in mid or late February.  Summarise the outcome of the two benchmarking tools.  Meeting with the Regional Coordinating Group on the upcoming visit and benchmarking tools.
4.
March 2010 – April 2010  Participating in the sub-clusters or activities.  The PURE Regional Visit Report 2.  Meeting with the Regional Coordinating Group (RCG).
5.
May 2010 – June 2010  Participating in the Pascal Jämtland International Conference.  Meeting with the Regional Coordinating Group (RCG) and discuss the summary report.
6.
July 2010 – December 2010    The work continues… Participating in the Pascal conference in Gaborone. Summary and conclusion.
