Making Knowledge Work, Oct. 2005 conference paper - An Evaluation of the Lifelong Learning Cities in Korea
this study aims to evaluate the performance of lifelong learning cities in Korea. For this purpose, it will conduct a comprehensive survey on the input, progress and output of each of the learning cities. The study will investigate the processes city authorities and various local institutions have taken to create a lifelong learning city. For this purpose, it will conduct in-depth interview with key officials and stakeholders involved in lifelong learning cities. Based on the results of the examinations, the study aims to propose an appropriate model for the Korean lifelong learning city that the Ministry of Education should promote across the nation.
