About the Outreach
LEAD sits within the institute for Entrepreneurship in the management School at Lancaster University and it stands for Leading Enterprise and Development. The programme has been designed to advance owner-managers and their businesses, by focusing on leadership to develop each person and their organisation. The programme is specifically designed for small businesses, providing a framework to increase profitability and grow the business.
