About the Outreach
The Care Leavers Educational Programme is a pioneering 26 week course specifically for people who have been in foster or institutional care. This ground breaking course was designed and delivered by the University of Salford in partnership with Salford Local Authority. It has astounded the wider community including the Heads of Leaving Care Services in the Greater Manchester Area, Chief Executives and Aim Higher.
