How to participate
Membership of PASCAL brings a wide range of benefits. It brings ready access to specialist knowledge, expertise and support through an economical call-off arrangement which avoids the need for complex procurement processes, and builds a sustained relationship between policy and research experts and a sound basis for policy development.
PASCAL also puts members in touch with networks of others interested in similar issues allowing members both to showcase their own innovative initiatives, and to share knowledge and mutual learning opportunities.
PASCAL can also undertake formal research and evaluations of agency initiatives and comparative studies to benchmark performance.
We are essentially a membership organisation, responsive to its members information needs, and offering innovative solutions to accessing state-of-the-art knowledge and ideas and promoting shared learning through participation in networks and international research and development programmes.
We are always looking for ways to tailor our membership offer to member requirements. We currently have membership 'packages' for regional authorities and universities, but are very prepared to negotiate arrangements with groups and consortia of relevant organisations within a region.
PASCAL always looks to develop ways of working which break from the traditional consultancy relationship to one of genuine partnership with our members, which encourages participation in whatever ways suit the purposes in hand. To discuss ways in which you can participate in the wide range of PASCAL activities please contact your nearest PASCAL regional office, or alternatively contact Alan Foster, our Executive Officer.
We look forward to working with you and your organisation.
