International Conference and Achievements Exhibition on Visions for Taipei Learning City, 2016

PASCAL International Observatory was delighted that so many of its Associates and members were invited to the city of Taipei to present at its International Conference on Learning Cities from 21-24 November 2016.

These included Katarzyna Borkowska, Peter Kearns, Norman Longworth, Roberta Piazza and Denise Reghenzani. One person from PASCAL was there in virtual form, but still received recognition! Reports from the conference have been very positive and more information will follow. We look forward to more collaboration with the city.
