EcCoWell is an integrated approach to deliver better quality of life to citizens in a sustainable way. The concept has been developed out of work done by the OECD & PASCAL International Exchanges (PIE) on lifelong learning. It promotes building on areas of common interest. It brings together Ecology & Economy (Ec), Community & Culture (Co) with Well-being & Lifelong Learning & encourages communication & co-operation between the different sectors.
