Learning Mobility: Conference 22nd September, Brussels
The LEMONOC (Learning Mobility with Non-Industrialised Countries) - project developed a set of guiding criteria for this type of learning mobility and instruments to improve the quality concerning learning mobility with the Global South in Higher Education institutions.
Our final conference will take place at 22nd September in Brussels. It will focus on these guiding criteria and instruments. Participants will go through a learning process while discussing, reflecting and making exercises concerning this type of learning mobility. Of course, networking possibilities with colleagues, good food and drinks will accompany all this.
The conference offers experts and stakeholders in student mobility, exchange programmes and joint study programmes a platform for exchange and networking. We address the potential and challenges of learning mobility between the ‘Global South’ and the ‘Global North’. The focus will be on the requirements concerning partnerships and the institutional setup for successful learning mobility to the benefit of both sides. Keynote presentations will address the expectations and challenges, institutional processes and organizational enablers, as well as good practices and lessons learned from the perspective of sending institutions.
