The NCK Spring Conference 2012
The Nordic Centre of Heritage Learning (NCK) promotes cross-sectorial learning that transcends borders - the borders of our mind as well as those of a physical place. But what does it mean to work with learning in such a context, what are the possibilities, advantages or limitations?
The 2012 Spring conference raises these issues and NCK offers you inspiring lectures, seminars and encounters. You are warmly welcome to the annual Spring conference of NCK at Jamtli in Östersund, Sweden on February 8 to 9 when the theme is ”Step outside! Heritage learning trancends borders”.
The conference is directed towards people who are interested in the learning that takes place in archives, museums, galleries and heritage sites. The aim is to strengthen heritage learning through interesting lectures and seminars. NCK has invited a number of internationally renowned speakers that will share their knowledge and experience with the participants. The conference language is Swedish but interpretation into English will be available.
