We are excited to announce the launch of our publication Enhancing Urban Resilience in Can Tho, Vietnam. which is featured below and attached.

The publication summarizes the findings of the CityStrength Diagnostic - a rapid, qualitative process that combines guided interviews, exercises, and a review of existing studies to make recommendations that cut across all the sectors involved in municipal management. Using this new methodology, developed by the World Bank with the support of the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery (GFDRR), specialists worked with Can Tho officials and partners to identify priority actions and investments that will enhance the city's resilience to current and future challenges.
