Professor Michael Osborne, Co-Director of PASCAL will be giving a keynote address at the 2nd Expert Meeting for Preparing the International Platform of Learning Cities in Jeju, Korea on 5 June 2013.

Preceding this event on 3 June at the invitation of the National Institute for Lifelong Learning in Korea, Professor Osborne will also be addressing the Gyeonggi-Do Forum on The Power and Development Strategies for Lifelong Learning Cities on the topic Current Global Trends of Lifelong Learning Cities, and the Case of Europe.
