Pearson publishes 'The Learning Curve'
Pearson, recently launched a new report 'designed to help policymakers, school leaders and academics identify the key factors which drive improved educational outcomes.'
Their website suggests:
(The report) .... provides internationally comparable data on education alongside economic and social data from 50 countries in a new publicly accessible, open-source database - the Learning Curve Data Bank - published online at http://thelearningcurve.pearson.com.
The study was undertaken by The Economist Intelligence Unit and provides a Global Index of Cognitive Skills and Educational Attainment in addition to data on literacy and school and university graduation rates.
Much of the data has been made publicly available and access is also granted to a number of online tools to enable visualisation and comparative analysis:
