Dear Friends,

We are pleased to share with you the third issue of ‘Global Partnership’, the e-newsletter of PRIA Global Partnership (PGP). This issue is focused on the theme of ‘Capacity Development of Local Governance Institutions’ and tries to capture the experiences, innovations and learnings on such practices from different regions of the world.  
 
This issue of ‘Global Partnership’ is unique in itself as it is a joint endeavor of ‘PRIA Global Partnership’ and ‘Capacity Development Programme, UNDP Asia Pacific Regional Centre’. We would like to take this opportunity to thank UNDP-APRC for their support and cooperation in taking out this issue with us.
