It is with great pleasure that I attach a position paper on synergy between education and culture which is co-produced by the European Platform för Lifelong Learning (EUCIS-LLL), the European Platform for Access to Culture (ACP) and Culture Action Europe.

The document has been underway in several months but now it is here! Jämtland Region has through The Nordic Centre of Heritage Leaening & Creativity (NCK) been heavily involved in brokering the arguments between the arts & culture sector and the adult education sector. The document with its recommendations is now distributed to all European stakeholders and is free to be used in anyway choosed.
