The Partnership for a Nation of Learners (PNL) encourages museums, libraries and public broadcasters to address community needs by working together. The project encourages museums, libraries and public broadcasters to be leaders in their local communities, and build the organizational capacity of these institutions by offering workshops, web-based materials, videoconferences and competitive grants.
