Member of the working group in the OECD project preceding the PURE project: Supporting the contribution of higher education institutions to regional development, The region of Värmland.

2007 – 2008 In charge of elaborating the regional development program[1].
2009 Negotiated and formed a joint research program between Region Värmland, Karlstad University, the regional cluster organizations[2], The County Council and the municipalities in Värmland[3].
2009 – 2010 Formed a broad based, systemic, public - private entrepreneurship program for Värmland for the years of 2011 - 2013.
2011 An agreement on cluster development between the cluster organizations, the public sector and the academy in the region is on the agenda 2011.
