I have served in the Continuing Education Division, Department of Education, Taipei City Government for 25 years. My business is mainly in the planning and implementation of projects of adult education, woman education, family education, adult basic education, community colleges, learning city and international exchange Programs etc.  Although I am mostly engaged in the administration of lifelong education, I often publish academic papers related lifelong education and to date have more than 100 publications.
