Sherwan Ameen from Duhok City, Iraq is teacher of TESOL in schools and Universities. He studied English Language for his BA, and holds an MSc in Teaching Adults from the University of Glasgow. He has 12 years of teaching experience and two published pieces of research about education, community engagement, and peacebuilding. 

He was a SUSI alumni in 2016, following a successfully granted exchange program in the US.

Currently, he is interested in continuing to build responsibility and experience in development and humanitarian work in Education.
