Ph.D. Head of International Projects at Jaume Bofill Foundation, currently working in different projects and researches such as the OECD Innovative Learning Environments (ILE). Member of the International Association of Universities (IAU) reference group on higher education for Education For All. European Doctorate from the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC) in collaboration with the University of Glasgow, UK (2011). His research focused on efforts made by education institutions and multi-stakeholder partnerships towards the achievement of the UNESCO Education for All, the Decade of Education for Sustainable Development and the Millennium Development Goals. He is the former Observatory Co-ordinator at the Global University Network for Innovation, a UNESCO, United Nations University and UPC joint-project.
