Collective Impact Assessment Tool
The attached paper discusses the Collective Impact Tool developed for the City of Melton by Dr Shanti Wong, Ian Wong and I, with input from Dr Leone Wheeler. The tool is a means to measure the collective impact of partnerships put together to achieve an agreed measurable learning, social or economic outcome.
Students from Federation University are currently working on a web based version for the City of Melton. The web based version can be used by any organisations that utilises partnerships to achieve agreed goals. The web based version will be available by the end of this year. It currently exists as an XL spreadsheet.
This Tool was mentioned in the PASCAL paper Toolkit for helping cities learn as a preferred tool for assessing partnership strength.
