This notice from CEDEFOP may be of interest to subscribers in Europe
Learn more about education and training policies and practice across Europe and establish new contacts for further cooperation and exchange. Get a grant from the European Union and explore education and training issues with specialists and decision-makers from other European countries.
A study visit is a short stay of three to five days in a host country for a group of 10 to 15 European education and vocational training specialists and decision-makers. A study visit includes presentations and on-site visits to ministries, educational and training institutions, training sites, etc. The visits provide a forum for discussion, exchange and learning on themes of common interest and on European and national priorities.
The Study Visits Programme is part of the EU’s lifelong learning programme 2007-13 (LLP). The programme is coordinated at national level by the National Agencies located in all participating countries which award the grants to the participants. Cedefop coordinates the programme at European level for the European Commission since the 1 January 2008.
Would you like to explore education and training issues with your peers in other European countries? Do you wish to learn more about education and training policy and practice across Europe? Then perhaps it’s time to participate in the study visits programme for education and vocational training specialists and decision-makers.
If you are interested in participating in a study visit, you should contact your national agency and submit your application online by 12 noon Central European Time on 12 October 2012.
Good luck!!
