An update on the Knowledge for Change Consortium training
As many colleagues will know, we launched the first cohort in the Mentor Training Programme for our Knowledge for Change Consortium (K4C) consortium in January with the on-line component. I am just back from India where we held the first f2f residency with 19 mentors from seven countries.
Featured below and attached is the report from the workshop which can give you a flavour for what we are doing. Our overall sense is that things are going well. The hubs will require more support than we might have imagined, but the commitment to creating permanent sustainable Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR) training structure not dependent on outside funding appears to be working out.
