This note introduces you to a Northern Illinois University (NIU) colleague, Presidential Teaching Scholar Joseph Scudder (PhD, Indiana University) of our Department of Communications.  Dr. Scudder will be visiting South Africa beginning 13 May 2014: primarily Johannesburg, Cape Town and Port Elizabeth.
