Graduates are too afraid to show entrepreneurial spirit

Yesterday I received the following message from UKFast and since many argue that entrepreneurship (in both the business sense and in the social sense) is a feature of being a lifelong learner, I thought that this would be something Pascal subscribers would have a view on.

I'm also interested in how at an individual level, entrepreneurship is operationalised since I have found no convincing tools in relation to the development of undergraduate attributes in the area of enterprise/entrepreneurship. Has anyone found measurement tools in this area?

Best wishes Mike

PURE Visit to Flanders - Belgium Government resigns

Dear All

Last Thursday. the Belgian cabinet resigned on the second day of the PURE visit to Flanders which has resulted in a fundamental constitutional crisis that threatens the future of the Belgian state. Barry Hake, who led the CDG wishes to point out that the PASCAL team were in no way responsible.

I might add that the University of Glasgow will not be using this event as an example of impact for the next Research Excellence Framework exercise carried out on behalf of the UK government.
