We welcome submission of abstracts for individual papers and demonstration projects illustrating good practice which are focused on one or more of the conference themes. We particularly welcome papers which have an international comparative dimension.

Cultural Engagment and Lifelong Learning

The PASCAL International Observatory is pleased to be involved in a major new SSHRC project on cultural  engagement and Lifelong Learning, led by Dr Darlene Clover of the University  of Victoria. The proposal seeks to develop a strong university-community research alliance and involves museums, galleries and libraries (The Hunterian Museum and Gallery Glasgow, National Gallery of Canada, Richmond Library  Association, Jamtli Open Air Museum, Sweden) and universities - Glasgow, Malta,  London, Victoria, and Toronto).
