Our very own Dr. Annie Tubadji, Co-chair of Reimagining Inclusive Economic Futures, one of the seven Learning Cities Networks of PASCAL Observatory and Professor George Magnus, Oxford University China Centre, and Prof. Don Webber, University of Sheffield are the guest editors of this Issue.
