IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Registration deadline is October 28, 2011.

Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing to Tallinn University Conference Centre by e-mail to [email protected] or by fax at +372 619 9514. The Conference Secretariat will confirmyour cancellation in writing.

Cancellations will be subject to the following conditions: 

• For cancellations received on or before October 31st, 2011: refund of 75% ofthe registration fee minus bank charges. 
• Cancellations received after October 31st, 2011: no refund will be made. 

All refunds will be processed after the conference.
