At this presentation Dr Elisabetta Nadalutti analyzes the implications of cross-border activities on patterns of integration and governance in cross-border-regions following the implementation of EU cross-border-cooperation programmes and Regulation 1082/2006 (i.e. European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation). She focuses on cross-boder-governance between Italy and Slovenia and investigates the impact on the governance of the border by emerging and strenghtening regional factors.

Dr Elisabetta Nadalutti is an Erasmus Mundus post-doctoral researcher in European and Asia-Pacific studies at ANU Centre for European Studies, The Australian National University, Canberra.
