A wide range of educational, social and cultural resources and innovation is constantly being created by European cooperation initiatives, funded by the European Commission.

Lessons learned are, however, that local communities are not able to exploit and benefit from such resources, unless solid infrastructures of collaboration and partnerships are in place in the communities – with the capacity to capture, integrate and put into practice such resources.

In other words: we need communities to develop into learning communities to exploit and benefit from European innovation.

This is what the 3 year Xploit project has been working with, in interaction and collaboration with other European and global learning communities resources.

We therefore invite you to the Xploit Learning Communities Conference in Girona Spain on the 11th and 12th of April 2013.
