Very new idea generation and innovation models as well as very new innovation platforms predict a bigger paradigm shift. The presentation is about this novel approach, its implementation and the need for new managerial skills in order to enhance innovativeness to bloom. New approaches and platforms will be presented and innovation management discussed.
