UALL 2013 Annual Conference Call for papers: Who and what are universities for? Local communities, global competitiveness and the part-time student
I have received a number of enquirers asking for an extension to the deadline for the Call for Papers - and I am pleased to let you know the deadline for proposals for papers and poster sessions has been extended to Friday, 1st February.
Details of our 2013 Annual Conference, together with the Call for Papers and the Registration form are featured below and also attached.
The Conference is being held at the Calman Centre at Durham University from Wednesday 20th to Friday 22nd March. I very much hope you will be able to join us, and I would be grateful if you could circulate details of our conference to your colleagues and to anyone within your institution who may be interested in joining us. The programme will be circulated shortly and it will include keynote presentations: national and international perspectives on current issues, workshop and poster sessions and network presentations. It will be of particular interest to policy makers, senior management, academic providers in lifelong learning both nationally and internationally. The Drinks Reception and Conference Dinner will be at Durham Castle a superb location!
With best wishes,
Lucy
