The Europe Union Managing Crisis: does this foreshadow a stronger political union?
The EU is much more resilient than is imagined, both economically and politically. In the past two years, in reaction to the economic crisis, the EU has taken tough measures to stem the immediate crisis as well as having laid the foundations so that Europe is much stronger against any possible recurrence, especially as regards the Euro.
