John Tibbitt and Lesley Doyle will be meeting with Henrik Zipsane, PASCAL Associate and Director of the Jamtli Musuem, Erik Andersson of Jamtland Region together with Paolo Federigi, representing the European Association of Regions for Lifelong Learning (EARLALL) to discuss plans for a major inter-regional programme on lifelong learning involving both PASCAL and EARLALL members.
