I am very pleased to report that I am representing PASCAL at the ASEAN+3 Regional Learning Cities Conference organised by the UNESCO Regional Office in Bangkok (UNESCO Bangkok) together with the Program Management Unit on Area Based Development (PMU A) of Thailand’s Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation. Also here is Leone Wheeler, PASCAL Associate and Board Member, and long-time contributor to PASCAL's Learning City Networks on behalf of the Australian Community Learning Network. It is very worthy of note that the local organiser for UNESCO is Rika Yorozu, Programme Specialist, UNESCO Regional Office in Bangkok who is a doctoral alumni from PASCAL Europe's host, the University of Glasgow.
